Primary Responsibilities:
- Read and understand blueprints and be able to build according to the customer’s and the foreman’s specifications.
- Complete quality building projects by digging and installing footings; framing walls and roof structures; installing windows, doors, various siding and roofing materials; and finishing with metal and wood trims.
- Operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping while following safety regulations on the job.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Simply show up and be willing to work hard
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Carpentry Experience preferred, or strong desire to learn
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs. unassisted
